At Black Bears Merch, all of our products are made to order and customised specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Custom designs, logos, names, or personalised items

Please ensure all sizes, colours, and customisation details are checked carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

As customised products are exempt from standard return rights under UK consumer regulations, non-faulty personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
